Sony XCD-V60 supports IIDC protocol for 1394b ( Firewire 800 ) devices allowing multiple cameras on a single firewire connection at datarates up to 800Mbits/sec. The XCD-V60 is ideal for industrial machine-vision applications such as object recognition, inspection, measurement, alignment and more.
NOTE: The camera may be powered directly over the firewire interface or externally with the DC-700 power supply. When using the DC-700 a 12-pin interconnect cable is required. This combination will break out the various input/output signals and triggers available on the camera. ( See Accessories )
